  1. Soak rice water for 30 minutes.
  2. Take a pan. Heat the oil and add zeera, cloves, Cardomon, black pepper, star anise and cook it a little bit. Then add onion and saute.
  3. Then add garlic-ginger paste and usko bhoon laein. Then add Green Chilli paste, salt, crushed coriander and water and cook it until the onions pak jaye aur masala bhoon jaye.
  4. Then add the chicken (washed), potatoes cut in pieces, yoghurt and water cook until the chicken and potatoes are cooked. Then add green chillies (1-2), lemon juice, and water for rice. Jab boil eye tou rice add kardein. Jab cook hojaye to dam par rakh dein.
  5. You Chicken Pulao is ready to be served. Garnish with coriander and serve with raita and onions.
