- First make stock clean and wash meat add into pan add onion green chillies ginger garlic bay leaves salt and water and let it cook until water becomes 2 cups
- When meat tenders and stock remain 2 cups separate both
- Soak rice for 15 minutes
- In pot add onion and oil and fry them till they becomes golden
- Add salt in it
- Add yoghurt
- Then add meat and ginger garlic paste,whole spices,and cook it for 10 minutes
- Then add 3 cups stock when it start boiling add rice,when water dried add green chillies on the top and put it on dum for 10 minutes or until rice becomes fully done
