Steps to make to make Hydrabadi pulao

  1. Sb se pehle chicken wash ab pani add kar cook krne ke lay rakh dain all ingredients add kar 15 minutes cook
  2. Rice ko bhigo kar rakh dain half hour ke leay banaspatti rice hain esi leay km.time
  3. Yakhni ready hojaey chaan kar side mein rakh dain
  4. Ab oil garam karain.pateela mein add onion light brown karain add chicken all spices
  5. Add karain.mix well & cooked add half paket hydrabadi masala mix well.
  6. Add tomatoes past yakhni mix & cooked
  7. Rice add karain mix well & cooked jab pani dry hone lage
  8. Add yogurt mix & cooked last mein 10 minutes dum.silow flame pe
  9. After dum wel mixed rice & dish out
  10. Well decorated platter with salad and enjoy with family
