- 500 gm Beef
- 1 Tbsp Dry Coriander Seeds

- 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- 250 gm Yogurt
- 2 Medium Tomatoes
- 3-4 Cinnamon Stick
- 4-5 Small Cardamom
- 6-7 Cloves
- 9-10 Whole Black Pepper
- 3-4 Bay Leaf
- 1/2 Cup Oil
- 3-4 Stick Mint leaf
- 4-5 Star Anise
- 1/2 Tsp Orange Food Colour
Instructions to make to make Yakhni Beef Biryani
- Add all yakhni spice in pot and Cook on low flame for 2 hours and strain yakhni and discard bones,
- Heat the oil add onion fry till turn into light-brown colour then add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste,red chilli crushed, and turmeric powder mix it for 2 minutes,
- After 2 minutes add bay leaf,star anise, green chillies,salt, cinnamon stick, cardamom, cloves, whole black pepper and now cook it on medium flame for 5/8 minutes,
- Now add yogurt and again cook for 8/10 minutes turn into the yogurt mix in all spices,
- Now add Yakhni Botiyan in masala and now mix it well,
- Now soak rice in water for 30 minutes,
After the 30 minutes put out the rice and then add in Biryani masala, - Now add Yakhni water in Biryani then garnish with mint and green chilies and cook it for 5 minutes on high flame,
- After the 5 minutes check water is dry or not then add food Colour, now cover the pot with wet cloth or leave it on steam for 15/20 minutes,
