Make a paste of onion,curd,ginger garlic and 2 green chillies.Remove excess oil.Add ghee 1 tbsp oil and fry few curry leaves.Add the ground paste,tomato puree,biryani masala,black pepper powder,red chilli powder and salt to taste.Fry the masala and toss chicken cubes and fried potatoes in it till well coated and dry.
  3. Fry finely sliced onions till crisp and golden brown. Remove excess oil.In 1 tbsp ghee spread a layer of fried chicken masala with potatoes. Top it with a layer of rice.Sprinkle saffron soaked milk, a pinch of orange red food colour and some fried onion.Again some chicken cubes.Then again a layer of rice.Sprinkle 2 tsp ghee, kewra water,mitha attar,pinch of food colour,rest of fried onions,few slit green chillies and chopped coriander. Close the lid tightly.Cook on low flame for 20 minutes.
