  10. 1/2 cup Yoghurt
  11. 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  12. 1/2 cup Milk
  13. 4 tbsp Butter
  14. 1 tbsp Maida
  15. 4 tbsp Ketchup
  16. 2 tbsp Chilli garlic sauce
  17. 1 cup Mixed vegetables
  18. 3 tbsp Tomato puree
  19. 4 Green chillies
  20. 2 tbsp Coriander leaves

Steps to make to make Rice Cake

  1. Preheat oven at 180 C.
  2. Grease a loose bottom pan.
  3. Chop all the vegetables.
  4. Heat oil and butter in a pan.
  5. Add in onion and fry till light golden.
  6. Add in ginger garlic,seasonings,puree and chicken.
  7. Fry and very well.
  8. Add in 1/2 cup water,cover and cook till done.
  9. Lastly add in yoghurt,maida and milk and mix well.
  10. Cook on dum till moisture evaporates.
  11. Add in coriander and chillies.
  12. Boil the rice.
  13. Mix rice and vegetables together.
  14. Spread half rice in the cake pan.
  15. Evenly spread chicken.
  16. Cover with remaining rice.
  17. Cover with foil.
  18. Bake for 20 minutes.
  19. Serve hot.
