  1. Add oil to the pan. Add cumin seeds, methi seeds and roast. Add chopped onion and cook till it becomes pink.

    FOR RICE. Add oil to pan. add cumin seeds, laung cinnamon stick, tejpatta and roast.
  4. Add rice and water double the amount of rice add salt according to taste and black pepper powder.Put the lid and cook.
  5. Ready to serve hot.
