- In a pot heat oil..
- Add cardamom, cinnamon sticks, black pepper corns, cumin seeds and star anise leave..
- When aroma start add onion sliced cut..
- Fry till golden brown slightly..
- Now add chicken along with g. G paste..
- Bhounfy well for 2,3 min until white..
- Now add potatoes cubes and green chillies..
- Now add tomato puree(you can omit if you want)
- Mix and fry for 1 min..
- Mean while in a bowl take yogurt add black pepper, coriander, cumin and chicken powder.. mix well
- Now add this into chicken..
- Bhounfy well till oil separate..
- Now add 1cuo water and allow potatoes and chicken to b tender..
- Mean while soak Rice for 19 min (you can do according to your rice quality)..
- When potatoes and chicken is tender..
- Add rice along with milk..
- NOTE: milk makes your pulao white and always add rice first.. mix then add water accordingly..
- Now add water and salt according to rice..
- Mix and cover the lid..
- Cook on high flame until. Water dries..
- Now lower the flame and put on dum for 10,15 min..
- Yummiliciuos chicken pulao is ready to serve with tarka raita..
