  2. For stock add,meat, salt potli
  3. 3_4 cup water
    1 onion
    1 Garlic whole
    Salt as required.cook for 1. 1/2 hour till meat tender.drain the stock and keep it aside.
  4. Put the rice to soak for 15 minutes
    and meanwhile
    In a deep pot, heat the oil, fry the onions, till light brown add yoghurt chillis GG paste
  5. Add the cooked and drained meat,brown well.
    Pour the stock back into the pot,add drained rice
    Cook covered until the rice is almost tender.
    Mix fresh mint, fry onion steam until the rice is done.
    Served with raita and salad
